Abu Dhabi Black Points: Easy Way to Clear Your Record

Abu Dhabi Black Points

Abu Dhabi Drivers Can Now Remove Black Points and Reinstate Licenses

Abu Dhabi Police has launched a new program that helps drivers remove Abu Dhabi black points and even get their suspended licenses back. The aim is to promote safer driving and give motorists a second chance to correct their mistakes.

What the New Initiative Offers

The new campaign allows drivers to clear up to eight black points from their record. Those who already lost their licence due to too many violations can also apply to get it reinstated. All they need to do is join traffic awareness workshops organized by Abu Dhabi Police.

The workshops will run from October 20 to November 20, 2025, at Mushrif Mall Centre in Abu Dhabi. Sessions take place daily between 4 pm and 10 pm.

Who Can Join the Workshops

Not every driver can join the program. Drivers with less than 24 Abu Dhabi black points can take the workshop to remove up to eight points. However, drivers who reached 24 points or more can join a special course to regain their suspended licence.

Police officers will check each driver’s record before allowing them to register. This helps ensure that every participant qualifies for the right program.

How the Process Works

Drivers must visit the Mushrif Mall platform in person to register. They can choose between the point reduction course or the licence reinstatement course. Each participant must attend every class and complete the required sessions.

The workshops teach road safety, responsible driving, and the impact of traffic violations. They also encourage drivers to follow rules and avoid risky habits. By finishing the course, drivers can get their black points reduced or their licence back.

Why This Initiative Matters

The UAE uses a black point system to track serious traffic offenses. When a driver collects 24 black points in one year, their licence is suspended. Many drivers struggle to recover after that. This new initiative offers a more positive path toward change.

Instead of only punishing drivers, Abu Dhabi Police now focus on education and awareness. This helps build safer roads for everyone.

Final Reminder

This program is available only for a limited time. It runs until November 20, 2025, and all workshops are in-person. Interested drivers should act fast and contact Abu Dhabi Police for more details.

By learning and improving, drivers can reduce Abu Dhabi black points, get back on the road, and drive more safely in the future.
