Where Visitors Come From
Dubai tourism attracts people from around the world. Western Europe remains the largest visitor group, contributing 22% of total tourists. CIS countries and Eastern Europe provided 15%, and South Asia also accounted for 15%. The GCC and other MENA countries together added 26% of visitors. These numbers show that Dubai appeals to a wide range of international travelers.

Tourism growth is benefiting Dubai’s economy directly. Hotels reported an 80.6% average occupancy rate, with occupied room nights rising by 4%. The average hotel room price increased to AED 584, up 5% from last year. To meet growing demand, Dubai’s hotel sector has expanded. By June 2025, there were 822 hotels with a total of 152,483 rooms, ensuring more visitors can stay comfortably.
