Team India secured a thrilling four-wicket victory over New Zealand to win the ICC Champions Trophy 2025. The final match took place at the Dubai International Stadium, where India showcased exceptional performance to lift the prestigious trophy. Along with the title, the Prize Money for Team India also received a hefty prize amount as part of the tournaments prize pool.

The International Cricket Council (ICC) allocated a massive $6.9 million prize pool for the tournament. This was a 53% increase compared to the last edition in 2017. As champions, India took home a significant $2.24 million (around ₹19.53 crore). Prize Money for Team India and Additional Earnings from Group Stage
India remained unbeaten in the group stage, defeating Bangladesh, Pakistan, and New Zealand. For every group stage win, teams received an additional $34,000. Since India won all three matches, they earned an extra $102,000 (around ₹88.96 lakh) on top of their championship prize.
Guaranteed Earnings for Participation
Every team that participated in the tournament received a base amount of $125,000 (around ₹1.09 crore). This ensured that all teams benefited financially, regardless of their performance in the competition. When adding this amount to their total earnings, India walked away with a grand total of $2.467 million (₹21.7 crore).
Prize Money for Other Teams
New Zealand, the runner-up, received $1.12 million (₹10 crore) for reaching the final. The two losing semi-finalists, South Africa and Australia, each earned $560,000 (₹4.6 crore). Teams that finished in fifth and sixth place took home $350,000 (₹2.9 crore), while those in seventh and eighth received $140,000 (₹1.1 crore).
