UAE Startup Competition: Win Funding and Grants in Sharjah!
UAE startup Calling all innovative young minds! There’s a business competition happening in Sharjah, UAE, offering a total of Dh700,000 (approx. USD 190,000) in funding and grants for aspiring entrepreneurs.
Organized by the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Center (Sheraa), this competition focuses on four key areas:
- Education Technology (EdTech)
- Sustainability
- Creative Industries
- Technology and Industry 4.0
If you have an innovative business idea in any of these fields, you are welcome to apply. Here’s what you need to know:
- Deadline: Apply by January 26th through https://sharjahef.com/pitch-track/
- What to Submit: Your pitch deck, company profile, and a short video introduction.
Competition Process:
- Up to 16 shortlisted startups will get to pitch their ideas live at the Sharjah Entrepreneurship Festival (SEF) on February 1st and 2nd.
- Each track will have a Dh50,000 grant winner, along with access to expert mentors and founders within the Sheraa network.
- Judges will select the winners based on their pitches and Q&A sessions.
