UAE Employees No Longer Need Salary Certificates for Banking Services

A groundbreaking initiative is transforming banking services for UAE employees, benefiting over 45,000 federal workers across 50+ government entities. The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) and Emirates NBD have partnered to eliminate the need for salary certificates when accessing banking services.

Simplified Banking with Digital Integration

Traditionally, UAE employees had to submit salary certificates to apply for loans or credit cards. These documents, issued by employers, included job history and income details. Now, a direct digital integration model enables seamless extraction of salary data through secure systems, removing the need for physical documents.

Faster, Paperless Processes

This digital approach speeds up banking procedures, reduces red tape, and ensures secure data handling. By eliminating bureaucracy, it enhances productivity and simplifies services for employees. Mohammed bin Taliah, Chief of Government Services, emphasized that this initiative supports the UAE’s national vision to achieve zero bureaucracy and improve service quality.

More Banks to Join Soon

Currently, the program involves Emirates NBD, but more national banks and service providers are expected to join. The initiative aims to create a transformative change, allowing UAE employees to access essential banking services quickly and efficiently.

Enhancing Employee Convenience

By replacing manual processes with digital solutions, this partnership marks a significant step toward modernizing banking in the UAE. Federal employees now enjoy faster services without the hassle of paperwork, making their banking experience smoother and more convenient.

This innovative system aligns with the UAE’s commitment to adopting cutting-edge technology and improving services for all employees. It’s a win-win for both employees and service providers, driving progress and efficiency.
