Tiger Sky Tower will break five world records, including the highest infinity pool and zip line. Rising 1,467 feet above the city, it will include a rainforest, jogging track, and wellness spaces. Located in Downtown Dubai, this billion-dollar project is scheduled for completion by 2029.

Downtown Circle – A Futuristic Ring Around Burj Khalifa

Downtown Circle is a bold vision by ZNera Space. It proposes a 550-meter-tall circular structure around Burj Khalifa. This eco-friendly development will include homes, offices, and green spaces powered by renewable energy. If approved, it could be a reality by 2040.

Therme Dubai – A Tropical Oasis in the Sky

Therme Dubai will be a massive wellness resort in Zabeel Park. The 330-foot-high complex will have thermal pools, botanical gardens, and indoor waterfalls. Designed with sustainability in mind, it will use 90% recycled water and 80% clean energy. The project is expected to open by 2028.

Al Habtoor Tower – A Sustainable Residential Marvel

Al Habtoor Tower will be one of Dubai’s largest residential buildings. Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, it will have 1,701 apartments across 81 floors. The tower aims for LEED Platinum Certification, making it one of the most eco-friendly developments in the city.
