Dubai Increases Paid Parking Fees in Zone F

Paid Parking

Starting February 1, 2025, Dubai has increased paid parking fees and extended parking hours in Zone F. This area covers Al Sufouh 2, The Knowledge Village, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Internet City. The new rates and timings aim to manage parking demand and improve traffic flow.

Longer Paid Parking Hours

Previously, paid parking in Zone F was from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Now, the hours have been extended to 10:00 PM. This means drivers will have to pay for four extra hours each day.

New Paid Parking Fees

Dubai has also revised the parking fees in Zone F. The updated rates are:

  • 30 minutes: AED 2
  • 1 hour: AED 4
  • 2 hours: AED 8
  • 3 hours: AED 12
  • 4 hours: AED 16
  • 5 hours: AED 20
  • 6 hours: AED 24
  • 7 hours: AED 28
  • 24 hours: AED 32

Earlier, drivers paid AED 2 for one hour, AED 5 for two hours, AED 8 for three hours, and AED 11 for four hours. The new rates reflect a significant increase.

Upcoming Variable Parking Fees

By the end of March 2025, Dubai will introduce a new parking fee structure. The city will charge different rates depending on the time of day. During peak hours (8:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM), the fees will be:

  • Premium parking: AED 6 per hour
  • Regular paid parking: AED 4 per hour

During off-peak hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 10:00 PM), parking fees will remain the same. Parking will be free from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and on Sundays.

Dubai’s Paid Parking Zones

Dubai has 11 parking zones labeled A to K, covering commercial, non-commercial, and special areas. Each zone has different parking rules and fees.

Motorists should check the new parking rules to avoid fines. These changes aim to ease congestion and create more parking availability.
